1. What are the advantages of being a Atlético de Madrid member?

Most of all, it means being part of your club, it means belonging to the big athletic family and, as the years go by, you gain a seniority as a member that gives you certain privileges over the newer members. In addition, you may enjoy many benefits and advantages such as a gift voucher to be spent in shops or on tickets, a 48-hour preferential ticket purchase for all home matches at the Cívitas Metropolitano, ticket discounts, the option to book tickets for away matches, a 10% discount in the official club shops, a 50% off in Territorio Atleti to go on the stadium tour and visit the museum, etc.

2. Do all members have the same benefits?

Yes, all members (both season-ticket holding members and non-season ticket holding members) from the same category have a common package where they share the same advantages and benefits that they may enjoy throughout the year. In some cases, and even if some members have the same rights, your seniority as a member shall give you a certain priority to access to certain advantages before other members (as for example, buying final game tickets or booking tickets for away games).

3. What is the gift voucher?

The gift voucher is an amount of money that members* have and can be used in any of the club's physical stores, in the private online store for members or for the purchase of tickets for home matches of Atlético de Madrid's men's first team at the Cívitas Metropolitano.

You will be able to use the Gift Voucher directly in your purchase process. In our physical stores in the Community of Madrid, all you have to do is show your membership card, ID card and ask for the Gift Voucher at the cashier's desk. If, on the other hand, you make an online purchase process (tickets or private members store), select the products of your order and before making the payment, in your purchase summary, you will be able to apply the promotions that you have active. When you select your Gift Voucher, the amount will be automatically deducted from your purchase before making the payment.

In addition, the use of the Gift Voucher is compatible and cumulative with the permanent 10% discount that members have in stores throughout the season, and also with the discounts that members have on match tickets.

* Not applicable for junior (Benjamin) members.

4. When can I use the gift voucher?

The gift voucher for the 2023/24 season is valid from July 1, 2023, until June 30, 2024. For new and renewing members of the 2024/25 season, the gift voucher will be valid until June 30, 2025.

The gift voucher is for single use and cannot be split up or redeemed for cash, nor can multiple gift vouchers be combined in one transaction.

5. For which games can I use the gift voucher?

In any of the matches of any competition of the first men’s team that Atlético de Madrid plays as locals at Cívitas Metropolitano during the season (except for finals). You can use it in all league matches (including those against FC Barcelona and Real Madrid), in the group stage and subsequent qualifying rounds of European competitions, and in the Copa del Rey fixtures.

You will also be able to pick the area of the stadium in where you wish to enjoy the game, as you can choose a seat from among all the available ones in the stadium (those that are not occupied by season ticket holders and those that, although belonging to a season ticket holder, have been made available due to the fact that he or she won’t be attending the game). This way, if you have a friend or relative who is already a season ticket holder, you will have the possibility to use the gift voucher to book a ticket in the same seat as them, or at least as close as reasonably possible, depending on the availability at the time. By doing so, it is possible for you to enjoy the event together.

6. How much will I pay for a ticket if I use the gift voucher?

It would depend on the game you choose and the area of the stadium where you want to watch it. In some cases, you can even get a ticket for free.

For example, if you are an adult member with a gift voucher of 25 euros, you can use it to purchase a ticket for an amount less than or equal to 25 euros and, as a result, the match will be for free. Or, alternatively, if you wish, you can buy a ticket for a higher amount, for example, for a value of 30 euros, and apply the 25 euros that you have already included in your gift voucher, so that the ticket will only cost you 5 euros (the difference between the price of the ticket and the money that you have in your Gift Voucher).

7. Is there any risk that the cheapest tickets will be sold out before members can buy them?

No, as members always have a period of 48 hours in which only they can buy tickets, before tickets go on sale to the general public. This is a member privilege that applies to all matches across all competitions.

8. If I use the Gift Voucher to buy tickets, can it be used in combination with the membership discount?

Yes, both discounts are cumulative. Members have the possibility to buy discounted tickets. When you go to buy a ticket, you can apply the member discount as well as the Gift Voucher for the same ticket.

9. If I bought a ticket with my membership discount, do I need to print it out?

No. If you have already bought your ticket on our official website, all you need to do is download the ticket on your mobile phone and show it at the access control.

10. As a member, can I buy a ticket in the Fondo Sur Grada Baja?

Yes, only club members (except for reserve team members – U-10) can purchase tickets in the South End Lower Stand. These tickets are personal and cannot be transferred, so ID cards will be required at the entrance turnstiles.

Tickets to enjoy the game from this area can be bought up to two hours before the match through our website or at the ticket offices of the Cívitas Metropolitano.

We advise you to look up the matches available for the tickets purchase in the Fondo Sur Grada Baja section in My Atleti.

11. How can I buy more than one ticket with a membership discount?

A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per transaction and the discount will be applied based on the number of members identified.

In order to validate other members in the purchase process, they must log in to My Atleti on their own, request a member code and then provide it to the member in charge of the ticket purchase.

The member in charge of the ticket acquisition must log in with their credentials in the ticket section of the website and then validate the member codes in the section "Click here to add the accompanying member codes".

12. I have limited mobility. How can I get a ticket if I am going to the match in a wheelchair?

Those with restricted mobility or who use a wheelchair should email [email protected] to receive information on available match tickets.

13. If I can't go to the Cívitas Metropolitano fixtures, on what can I spend the gift voucher?

You can use it to buy products in any of the club's physical shops or in the private online shop for members. In addition, the use of the gift voucher is also compatible with and can be used in conjunction with the regular 10% discount that members enjoy in the shops for the whole season.

14. Will I continue to receive the gift voucher upon renewal of my membership subscription?

Yes, all members* (both season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders) will receive a new gift voucher when renewing their membership subscription, for the corresponding amount for their membership categories (25 euros for adults, 15 euros for juniors and 10 euros for children).

* Not applicable for U-10 members.

15. When is the membership subscription renewed?

In the month of May the membership fee is renewed for the following season, so that Atleti members enjoy all the advantages and discounts all year round.

To renew your membership, you don't have to do anything. The amount of the fee corresponding to your membership category will be automatically debited from your bank account in the first five days of May.

If you want to make any changes, update your contact details, consult or edit your account number, etc., you must do it in "Your details" space within My Atleti, the club's virtual office, during the period set aside for this purpose during the membership renewal period.

In case you want to cancel your membership, you can manage the request through your virtual office in My Atleti until Sunday 28th April 2024 inclusive.

16.How can I change my bank account details or update other personal data?

If you would like to change your bank account details or update your personal details (i.e. you have changed your address, have a new mobile phone number or a new email address), you can do so in My Atleti, in the club's Members' Area, under the "Your details" section.

Remember that the club exclusively sends all communications to members via e-mail, so it is very important that we keep your e-mail address up to date at all times.

17. I have lost my membership card, what should I do?

If you lose your membership card, you have to go to the offices with your ID card to apply for a new one. If you cannot come in person, you can give your authorization to another person in a written document with a photocopy of your ID card.

The first copy has a cost of €5 and after the second copy onwards the cost of the same will be €10.

In the event of robbery, a police complaint must be filed, making the copy free of charge. If the copy is required due to deterioration of the card, you must present the original damaged card.

18. How can I get a season ticket at the stadium?

If you are looking for a season ticket in the general seating area at the Cívitas Metropolitano, please fill in your details in our waiting list form.

Please note that if you are a club member, you will be given preference when selecting a season ticket. We will contact you as soon as a new season ticket period is opened.

19. Do I need to have my photo in order to become a paid-up member?

Yes, for all season ticket holders, it is required to have a photo of yourself taken either in person at the Club's offices (for under 14, without an ID card), or online on My Atleti in advance to issue your season ticket.

20. When are season tickets due to be renewed for the following season?

Season tickets are renewed automatically by direct debit in the first days of June. Season ticket holders have a preliminary data modification period in which they can notify the club if they wish to amend any aspect of their season ticket for the following season, such as the payment method or the type of season ticket (League Season Ticket or Full Season Ticket), among others.

21. Does the membership subscription mean that I will have to pay more for being an Atleti season ticket holder?

No, not at all (except if you decide to upgrade to a higher category product or a higher paying seat). For season ticket holders at the Cívitas Metropolitano, the membership fee will be split into two separate payments from the 2020/21 season onwards.

The payment of the membership subscription at the beginning of May implies the renovation of your status as a member of the club, thereby conserving your seniority and enabling you to continue to enjoy the benefits and advantages. On the other hand, the season ticket subscription fee will be charged in the first days of June.

22. I can't make it to a match, what can I do?

Adult and Youth season ticket holders are transferable (except for those located in Fondo Sur Grada Baja). Therefore, you may lend your season ticket to a family member or friend so they can enjoy the match.

You can also make use of the season ticket transfer service, which means that you can leave your seat free so that the club can resell it to another fan.

23. What are the conditions and advantages associated with the transfer of my season ticket?

If the seat that has been transferred and vacated by the season ticket holder is ultimately sold to a third party, the income obtained will be shared between the club and the season ticket holder. The sooner you transfer it, the greater the income you can earn from the selling of your seat:

- If you transfer your season ticket up to 7 days before the kick-off of the match, you get 65% of the price at which your seat is sold. - If you transfer your season ticket between 7 days and 48 hours before the match, you get 50% of the price from that sale. - Finally, if you transfer your season ticket in the last 48 hours before kick-off, you will get 35% of the sale.

The accumulated amount in your favour from the season ticket transfers in the event your seat is finally sold will be deducted from the price of the season ticket for the following season. The accumulated saving may not exceed 50% of the total price of the season ticket for the current season, nor may it exceed 50% of the total price of the season ticket selected for the following season 2024/25.

Any transaction related to the season ticket transfer service (transferring or recovering the seat) can be carried out up to two hours before the start of the match.

24. When is the accumulated amount deducted from the balance of my season ticket?

If you transfer your season ticket at any time during the season and your seat is sold, the accumulated amount in your favor –within the limits established in the conditions of this service– will be deducted from the amount of the season ticket when on renewal for the following season at the time the season tickets are charged.

25. Is there a digital copy of my season ticket?

Yes, and to access it, you need to have the official Atlético de Madrid app downloaded on your mobile device.

Once inside the app, you will have direct access to My Atleti, which enables you to: display the QR code of your season ticket (football and parking, if applicable), update your personal information, and even transfer your seat to be resold.

26. How can I apply for a season ticket for the disabled?

The disability season ticket is non-transferable and is exclusively for wheelchair users. To apply for the first time, it is essential to submit the relevant certificate of disability, which in any case must exceed sixty-five per cent (65%) of physical disability.

27. My child's age qualifies him/her for a Children's Season Ticket. Can I modify the category of his/her season ticket and make it transferable?

Yes, unless he/she has a Children's Season Ticket in the Family Tier which implies non-compliance with the requirements to remain in that zone.

The change to a higher category implies, if pertinent, the payment of the fee difference in membership. Thus, in the case of child season ticket holders who wish to change their season ticket to a transferable one, they’ll have to pay the difference between their membership fee and their youth membership fee. If, on the other hand, they wish to change their transferable season ticket into a child season ticket, to adjust their fee, they will only be able to do so during the renewal period.

28. If I do not wish to renew my season ticket for the next season, would I lose my seniority as a member of Atleti?

Not necessarily. If you have already paid your membership subscription, you will keep your seniority and the benefits associated with it. If you decide not to renew your season ticket, however, you will lose the season ticket seat you had at the Cívitas Metropolitano, which will automatically be made available for sale to anyone else.

29. May I transfer my seat to another person? How can I make the change?

It is possible to change the ownership of a season ticket holder's card, to transfer it to another person's name while keeping the seat in the stadium, as long as the card is in good standing. Such a change implies the loss of all rights obtained up to that date.

Only one change of season ticket ownership can be made per season (on specific dates set by the Club) and once this has been done, the new season ticket holder will not be able to change to another seat until the following season.

The new owner will have to pay the registration fee as a new subscriber if he/she is not already a paying member. The following documents must be presented to complete the application process:

- Change of ownership document (to be requested at the club) signed by the owner and the beneficiary.

- A photocopy of the ID cards of the members involved in the above-mentioned change.

- The original copy of the valid membership card, in good standing.

- In the event of the decease of the member, it is also necessary to enclose the death certificate, with the signature of the family member and a photocopy of their ID card.

30. Can I swap my seat with someone else's?

Two season ticket holders can exchange their seats with each other by swapping seats, as long as both season ticket holders are in compliance with their payments. To arrange this, you will need to go to the club's offices with the following documents:

- An agreement between the two ticket holders of the seats to be swapped, either in person –with the presence of both of them– or with a season ticket swap document provided by the club, signed by both title holders.

- Photocopy of the ID cards.

31. Can I change my seat in the stadium?

Yes, the club has set up an application period at My Atleti for season ticket holders to register their request individually or as a group.

Afterwards, those who have requested a seat change for the following season will be notified of the initiation of the procedure and the specific days for the change.

32. How can I change my bank account or update other personal details?

If you wish to change your bank account or update your personal details (i.e. because you have changed your address, have a new mobile phone number or a new email address), you may do this on My Atleti.

Your personal information can be modified from the "Your details" section of the My Atleti page on the club's website or in the app.

Please note that the club sends all communications to members by e-mail only, so it is very important that we have your e-mail address up to date at all times.

33. I have lost my season ticket, what should I do?

If you lose your membership card, you have to go to the offices with your ID card to apply for a new one. If you cannot come in person, you can give your authorization to another person in a written document with a photocopy of your ID card.

The first copy has a cost of €5 and after the second copy onwards the cost of the same will be €10.

34. Where can I go if I have an incidence with my season ticket in the stadium access?

To settle any incident with your access to the stadium, you should go to the Complaints Office located in front of Gate 16.

The office will remain open from one and a half hours before and until the end of the match. Any incidents arising from access to the stadium, however, will only be dealt with until the end of the first half of the match.

To deal with the issue, it will be essential to submit the original ID card of the subscriber (or any other valid document that verifies the identity as holder of the subscription). If you are not the person in possession of the subscription, you must submit a signed authorisation with a photocopy of the holder's ID card.

35. Can my baby under 5 years old enter with me or do I have to get a ticket for him/her in addition to my season ticket?

Every attendee must have either a ticket or season ticket. Thus, even infants and children, regardless of their age, must have a ticket or pass to be admitted to the match.

Alternatively, you can get your baby a children's (Benjamin) membership card*, which will give him/her free access to Atlético de Madrid matches at the Cívitas Metropolitano, except in the Fondo Sur Grada Baja, Private and Presidential Boxes.

* The Benjamin member must be connected to an adult member of the club. For the 2023/24 season, youngest members are considered to be those born from 01/06/2018 to the present day.
